Job Description s:
Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on-site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyaltyYou will work with your accounts proactively to drive product adoption as well as act as the voice of clientsProactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retentionFacilitate periodic reviews with customers, determining new requirements and further success through engaging and consultative discussionsContinually gather feedback from our clients, then work directly with our product team to provide input on the product roadmapMonitor & handle product renewal, retention including expansion to upsell product to achieve the company OKR.Requirements:
1+ years of relevant experience, Accounting background preferablePrior experience in closing sales deals at the executive level a plusYou’re driven:

Prior experience in Customer Success or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retentionProcess-driven, empathetic, and a great communicatorExcellent problem-solving abilities and consultative skillsLoves working with clients and thrives on customer satisfaction and loyaltyAbility to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teamsOutstanding communication and presentation skills; ability to present to C-level executivesDiplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issuesStrong team player but still a self-starterThrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-flyWhat You Will Get:
