We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional lifestyle services for our high‑net‑worth Arabic clientele.
This role is ideal for a passionate service expert with a strong background in luxury hospitality, travel, and concierge services.
Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high‑performing team to deliver premium lifestyle experiences to Arabic HNW members.
- Ensure service excellence, proactively enhancing efficiency, quality, and member satisfaction.
- Collaborate across global teams, aligning service delivery with business objectives and industry trends.
- Resolve high-level escalations, ensuring swift, tailored solutions for our discerning clientele.
- Drive continuous improvement, refining processes to exceed member expectations.

Qualifications- Deep knowledge of luxury lifestyle services, including hospitality, travel, and premium experiences.
- Active awareness of Arabic luxury markets, ensuring service excellence and innovation.
- Ability to bridge Proposition and Lifestyle teams, setting and exceeding industry standards.
- Strong people management skills, leading high‑performing teams across multiple locations. Mentoring and motivating, driving engagement, growth, and professional excellence.
- Cross‑functional leadership experience, ensuring alignment across global teams.
- Results‑driven mindset focused on member satisfaction, efficiency, and SLAs. Proactive problem solver, identifying and resolving roadblocks to enhance service quality.
- Expert in customer care, confidently handling escalations and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
- Professional Arabic & English language skills essential. Exceptional communication skills, engaging stakeholders across all levels. Collaborative and adaptable, excelling in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Full‑time office based.
