A customer service outsourcing company is seeking Remote Call Center Customer Service Representatives for both full-time and part-time positions. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues, and maintaining records. Applicants should be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma, and preference is given to those with customer service experience. Flexible to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is highly preferred.
