Randstad Canada is currently hiring Bilingual Call Center Agents to support inbound inquiries related to a recent data breach. In this key role, you’ll respond to customer questions using a prepared list of FAQs, providing clear and empathetic assistance.

Contract Duration: 1-2 weeks
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Hours:

Monday – Friday (Shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EST).

Responsibilities
As a Call Center Agent, your main mission will be to provide exceptional support. This includes:

Warmly receiving inbound calls from customers with data breach inquiries.

Being the initial friendly point of contact, ensuring customers feel heard and understood.

Attentively listening to their concerns and providing accurate, pre-approved answers from our easy-to-use FAQ list.

Answering general questions and guiding customers effectively, always keeping a positive and empathetic tone. Your goal is to make their experience as smooth as possible!

Qualifications
What You'll Need

Language:
Fluent in French.

The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion is a major asset.

Customer Service

Skills:

We prefer some experience, but if you're a great communicator with a positive attitude, we still want to hear from you.

Your Own PC running Windows 10 or 11. (Sorry, Macs, Chromebooks, and tablets won't work.)

USB Port:
An open USB port for your headset.

Internet: A stable connection with more than 50 Mbps.
