German Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote in Turkey)

Are you passionate about helping people and looking to build your career in an international environment? We are looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a global team providing exceptional service to international clients.
What You’ll Do- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat in German and English
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely solutions
Between 10:00 - 22:00
- Possible shifts: 10:00-19:00 / 11:00-20:00 / 12:00-21:00 / 13:00-22:00
- KPI Bonus: Up to 10% of net salary
