• The Technical Service Representative is based remotely, responsible for managing and servicing surface treatment customers in Coil and General Industry.
• Manages assigned customers as a first line of support with routine service reports, product deliveries, technical troubleshooting and customer service.
• Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory.
• Executes pricing actions Coordinates with application engineering to conduct line trials / (re) solve customer requests and complaints.
• Manages assigned customer accounts in CRM Tool.
• Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
