About the job Remote German Customer service Representative
Are you fluent in German and passionate about providing excellent customer support? Join our international team in vibrant Istanbul
! You will assist customers via phone, email, or chat, resolving their inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve service quality
- On-site: Modern offices in central Istanbul
- Remote: If you relocate: work-from-home (WFH) within Istanbul
- If you already live in Turkey: WFH from anywhere in Turkey
- Paid flight ticket (within the EU)
- Airport pickup
- Fluency in German (spoken & written)
- Good level of English
- EU citizenship is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
