Position: Customer Success Manager (Mekari Qontak)

Job Description s:
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on-site meetings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work proactively with your accounts to drive product adoption and act as the voice of clients.
  • Identify and resolve issues that could impact customer satisfaction or retention.
  • Facilitate periodic reviews with customers to determine new requirements and ensure ongoing success through engaging and consultative discussions.
  • Gather feedback from clients and collaborate directly with the product team to influence the product roadmap.
  • Requirements/

    Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience; prior experience in account management roles in SaaS companies is a plus.
  • Background in Accounting, Business, or Marketing is preferable.
  • Driven and self-motivated; you excel without needing external push.
  • Eager to learn, adapt, and improve your work; proactive in seeking help and applying feedback.
  • Dedicated to helping and serving customers, understanding that their success leads to your success.
  • Prior experience in Customer Success or similar roles that increase customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
  • Process-oriented, empathetic, and an excellent communicator.
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative skills.
  • Passionate about working with clients and committed to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
