Position: Italian Speaking Customer Service for Streaming Services - Work Remote In Greece
Overview  Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for Streaming Services, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about entertainment and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer support. As a representative, you will assist customers with inquiries related to our streaming services while communicating effectively in Italian.
Responsibilities   Manage customer inquiries regarding streaming services, subscriptions, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Provide detailed information on content availability, billing, and account management
Assist customers in troubleshooting streaming issues to ensure a seamless viewing experience
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up
Collaborate with other teams to improve service delivery and enhance customer experiences
Stay informed about new content, features, and industry trends to provide relevant customer support
Requirements   Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Excellent problem-solving abilities and an aptitude for handling technical inquiries
Ability to multitask and manage various customer interactions in a remote environment
Familiarity with CRM software and general office applications
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed, while based in Greece
