Position: Customer Success and Operation - Hospitality (Remote)

Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for residents/guests, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or messaging applications.
  • Manage leasing activities, tenancy agreements, renewals, and resident documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and contractor schedules to ensure facilities are consistently well-maintained and operational.
  • Monitor resident satisfaction and proactively address concerns, feedback, or service issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and daily activity logs to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in planning and organizing community events or hospitality initiatives to enhance resident engagement and overall experience.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards at all times.
  • Be available to support 24/7 operational needs, including handling urgent issues or emergencies outside regular working hours when required.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in hospitality, property management, or customer service.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Customer-focused, with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
  • High responsiveness and ability to work independently in a remote or fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or property management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours if needed to address operational issues or emergencies.
