Languages Required    Italian:  C2 (spoken & written)
English:  B2 (for training & internal communication)
Your Mission  As an  Italian‑speaking Customer Service Representative , you will be the voice of a leading global consumer brand. You will:
Support customers via  phone, email, and chat  in Italian
Deliver  high‑quality, empathetic, and solution‑focused service
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Collaborate with international teams to deliver fast solutions
Become a  product expert  through structured, paid training
What You Bring   Native or fluent  Italian (C2)
English (B2)  level
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong customer‑first mindset & team spirit
EU passport or valid Greek work permit
Salary & Benefits    Base Salary:  €1,045 gross / month
Performance Bonus:  up to  10% monthly
