Cosmo is an online education technology company offering 1-on-1 virtual classes to students around the world. We are seeking a Bilingual (English & Mandarin Chinese) Customer Support Specialist to assist parents (students) and teachers.
Work Hours- 1-hour daily meal break
- 40 hours per week
- Schedule may shift based on U.S. daylight savings time.
- Deliver responsive, professional customer support to parents, students, and teachers.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, text messages, and emails.
- Provide assistance and guidance to prospective teachers.
The company will provide training on how to use internal systems and platforms, as well as SoP and communication templates for consistent and high-quality responses.
Requirements- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, spoken and written.
- Previous customer service experience supporting a U.S.
-based company. - Basic IT troubleshooting skills and familiarity with common devices.
- Quiet, distraction-free work environment.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a reliable computer (MacOS preferred).
