Als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van vragen via e-mail en telefoon. Je legt communicatie vast in Salesforce en bewaakt SLA's. Naast het bieden van inhoudelijke oplossingen ondersteun je interne processen. Vereisten zijn o.a. HBO-diploma, communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands, Engels, en Frans en een oplossingsgerichte houding.
