Customers come to you with their questions, we’ll explain how best to help them, and you, in turn, help the customer with the knowledge you’ve just acquired.
We’ll not only help you become the very best Supporter but also support you in the next step in your career.
From 17:30 to 00:00, you’ll take over the day shift’s support duties on Monday-Tuesday and Friday. You’ll usually work from home, but sometimes you’ll all enjoy a cozy evening together at the office. Together, you’ll answer customer questions and discuss solutions to situations, as you can’t rely on other departments working during the day. You’ll be the point of contact and a face for our customers during the evenings.

- Available 18 hours per week in the evenings on Monday-Tuesday and Friday. Ideally, during the first month, you’ll also work during the day for onboarding; this can also be done on other weekdays.
