This position focuses on supporting customers in the Czech market by facilitating the sales, fulfillment, and support of Cordstrap's range of products and services. As part of the Customer Success team, the role plays a vital part in driving customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations.

Close collaboration with Customer Service colleagues responsible for other markets ensures seamless service delivery. Flexibility to step in and share tasks during absences helps maintain continuity and keeps operations running smoothly.

• You have a vocational or higher professional (MBO/HBO) education with experience in a Customer Service role.
• You speak Czech and English excellently; a third language would be a plus.
• You're comfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• You bring a positive, critical mindset with a curious nature, always seeking innovation and improvement in your work.
• You're known for your accuracy, proactivity, and keen eye for detail.
• Whether working solo or in a team, you know how to get things done.
• Your office hours? A dynamic 08:00 to 18:00 hour window, with an adaptable 8‑hour workday to suit your flow.
• Knowledge of Incoterms or export procedures is a nice‑to‑have, but not a core part of the role.
