Overview Travel Specialist Avventure Bellissime | Tours-Italy
• cagliari, Italia Avventure Bellissime designs and delivers unique travel experiences all across Italy. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our team remotely. This is a fully smart-working position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while staying at the heart of Italian travel operations.
What you’ll doOTA Management:
Oversee availability, rates, allotments, content, and booking flows; identify discrepancies and resolve system “flags.”Client Relations:
Act as the main point of contact via phone and email, provide clear information on services and booking procedures, proactively update clients, and manage expectations through to final confirmation.
Supplier Coordination:
Handle requests, confirmations, changes, and problem solving with suppliers to guarantee timely and high-quality service delivery.
Operational Support:
Answer and direct incoming calls, manage shared inboxes (reservations/suppliers), ensuring all inquiries are tracked and resolved promptly.
Crisis Management:
Act quickly and effectively when issues arise (delays, no-shows, last-minute changes), coordinating with clients and suppliers to find swift solutions.
What we’re looking for Previous experience in a tour operator, travel agency, or similar operational role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to adapt quickly to new platforms.
Strong problem-solving skills and a calm, professional attitude under pressure.
Fluency in Italian and English.
