A premier careline service is looking for an Emergency Helpline Operator. In this role, you will handle emergency calls, providing support to vulnerable individuals while delivering empathetic and professional customer service. Operating remotely, you will work 32 hours per week with guaranteed weekends off. The ideal candidate is empathetic, has call centre experience, and is confident in using Microsoft Office.

The position offers a salary of £20,483.84 per annum and various company perks including holiday discounts and a pension scheme.
