With a trusted team of Italian and American professionals—including legal experts, translators, and case managers—we provide a fully managed experience that handles everything from eligibility assessments and Italian document procurement to legal representation and post-citizenship services such as AIRE registration.
We operate globally with partners in New York City, Milan, Turin, and Florence, offering a culturally bilingual, client-first approach. At ICS, we turn the dream of Italian citizenship—and the lifestyle it unlocks—into a reality.

Coordinate with translators and legal partners in Italy to ensure case files are properly prepared and submitted.
Monitor each case’s progress, flag issues, and follow up to keep timelines on track.

Fluent, professional-level English communication skills are absolutely essential
Proficiency in Italian is a strong plus, but not required for day-to-day operations
Prior experience working with Italian citizenship applications is highly preferred

Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Comfort working independently in a remote, deadline-driven environment
Bachelor’s degree in Law, International Relations, Languages, or related field preferred
