Accountabilities:

Draft, review, and prepare legal documents to meet client requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, guiding clients on service use, account management, and technical setups.

Assist customers in configuring integrations and platform connections, ensuring smooth implementation and usability.

Support sales efforts by providing information and guidance to leads through email and web chat.

Draft and deliver client reports, ensuring clarity, correctness, and professionalism.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.

Maintain high standards of organization, attention to detail, and responsiveness in all tasks.

Requirements:

Prior experience in customer success, client support, or related roles is preferred.

Familiarity with Legal Tech concepts and drafting legal documents.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills.

Comfortable using modern web tools such as Google Docs and other productivity platforms.

Analytical thinking with a proactive attitude and problem‑solving abilities.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and client needs.
