  • Passion to always put the Card Member’s experience and a genuine enthusiasm for travel at the forefront while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to think outside the box and go above and beyond to provide customer satisfaction.
  • Strong internet skills – proficiency in navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, structured call‑center environment servicing customers through inbound and outbound virtual channels (phone and email).
Work‑from‑Home Requirements
  • Private, distraction‑free home office with a lockable door.
  • Must have a smartphone that can operate the most up‑to‑date operating system.
  • High‑speed hard‑wired Ethernet internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Wi‑Fi or Wi‑Fi Pods/extenders cannot be used.
  • No satellite internet connections.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of customer service experience required.
  • 1 year of call‑center experience required.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industries preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a pre‑employment background screening.
  • Must be fluent in French and English.
