Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

  • Prevent issues, solve queries, and delight customers.
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers based in Sweden through phone, chat, and/or email – covering order, product, payment, and website guidance questions.
  • Navigate, research, and review solutions using a variety of tools and communicate effectively with customers.
Hours

This role requires working variable hours to match customer needs. You will work day and late evening shifts, with a minimum 40‑hour week (i.e., 5×8 hr). Working hours run from 6 am to 8 pm, Monday to Sunday, including national holidays and Sundays. Schedules are released six weeks in advance.

Qualifications
  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am to 8 pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Initial eight/nine weeks availability for full‑time training (paid)
  • Quiet, distraction‑free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed with a hard‑wire Ethernet internet connection (no Wi‑Fi). Amazon will provide a complete equipment package before training.
