A regular day for you will include:- Providing exceptional and professional service on every interaction and building rapport with our customers
- Receiving and placing customer service calls regarding any product/billing issues, service questions and general client inquiries
- Resolving problems by clarifying the customer’s challenge and offering the best solution for Eden Park and our customers.
- Assisting customers in making changes to their payment arrangements, banking information and insurance records
- Friendly and helpful onboarding calls with new customers
- Responding to customer emails promptly in accordance with our core values
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- You thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- You have amazing conflict resolution skills and the ability to make decisions independently.
- You remain calm while solving issues and have the patience to deescalate difficult situations.
- You are tech savvy and know your way through Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Clear criminal reference check
- Previous experience in a call centre, automotive related business, or financial services organization
- Post‑secondary education
- Work from home or in‑person option available
- You have flexible availability to work. Working hours can range anywhere between 8:30 AM to 8 PM EST Monday to Friday with alternating Saturday shifts; schedules are completed a month in advance and shifts are rotating.
