- Support daily customer relationship management activities and campaign execution using CRM tools.
- Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
- Support campaign fulfillment and customer follow-ups.
- Track customer interactions and campaign progress.
- Prepare basic CRM and campaign reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams as needed.
- D3 or Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Basic experience using CRM tools
- Familiar with campaign support or customer data management (preferred)
- Basic understanding of AI or automation tools is an advantage
- This is a freelance remote position (WFH)
