Business Travel Consultant (Remote – UK)

About the OpportunityOne of our clients is looking for an experienced Remote Business Travel Consultant to join their growing corporate travel team. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong GDS knowledge and experience managing complex business travel itineraries while delivering exceptional customer service.
You’ll support corporate clients with travel bookings, changes, and travel advice, ensuring cost-effective and compliant travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Book and manage corporate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, rail, and car hire
- Handle itinerary changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests
- Provide travel advice, fare options, and policy-compliant solutions
- Use GDS systems to search, book, and amend travel reservations
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and online systems
- Maintain accurate booking records and client profiles
- Ensure travel arrangements comply with corporate policies and SLAs
- Support VIP travellers and complex international itineraries where required
- Proven experience as a Business Travel Consultant / Corporate Travel Consultant
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
- Experience managing corporate travel bookings and itineraries
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable working with targets, SLAs, and fast-paced workflows
- Experience supporting international or VIP corporate travellers
- Knowledge of travel risk management or duty of care processes
- Experience with online booking tools or travel management platforms
- Out-of-hours or emergency travel support experience
- Fully remote UK-based role
- Flexible shift patterns (depending on service hours)
- Established client base and structured onboarding
