- Competitive salary and annual bonus
- Salary range: $46,890 to $64,473 per year
- Salary range: $49,235 to $67,698 per year (Toronto suburbs)
- 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year
- Group insurance including telemedicine

- Must be actively enrolled in a post‑secondary education program and remain a full‑time student for the duration of the 1‑year contract.
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience.
- Training will commence on May 11, 2026, full‑time hours for 13 weeks during the summer. No time off is granted during this period.
- Full‑time schedule during the summer and holiday season (35 hours).
- Schedule during the school year: 14‑21 hours per week based on availability. Mandatory Saturday shifts throughout the one‑year contract.
The Claims Reporting Specialists (CRS) assist our clients with their First Notice of Loss (FNOL) following loss of property or casualty. They assist our clients who have been involved in an auto accident or have sustained damages to their property with starting/opening their claims process. You will play an essential role in supporting our members and clients during a sensitive and difficult moment in their life with empathy, expertise, and professionalism.
You will assess their needs, review their coverages and provide solutions to bring the client back to their pre‑loss condition. Your mission is to offer our clients the best claims set‑up experience catering to their needs.
