Opportunity

Under Sell Off Vacations , we are looking for a Home-Based Travel Expert located in the province of Alberta to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As a results and detail-oriented Travel Expert, you are responsible for providing high quality service to consumer travel clients and for emphasizing long‑term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base. The position reports to the Sales Manager.

What

You’ll Do
  • Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long‑term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base
  • Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets
  • Provide accurate, complex travel information (i.e., detailed travel documentation, etc.)
  • Organize and assist with local business building promotions and local networking
  • Assist in the resolution of client complaints
  • Invoice and document client files accurately in accordance with company policy
  • Works closely with Consumers, Tour Operators, and various Internal Support departments
What You’ll Need
  • Experience as a Travel Expert
  • Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Provincial certification
