Een softwarebedrijf in Harderwijk zoekt een Customer Success Manager. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de tevredenheid van de klantenportefeuille en begeleidt klanten bij hun gebruik van het platform. Je biedt trainingen aan en lost problemen op. Gewenste kwalificaties zijn een HBO/WO diploma en enige ervaring in customer success. Bijpassend salaris tussen €3.500 en €4.000 bruto per maand. Flexibele werkmogelijkheden en persoonlijke ontwikkeling zijn ook op aanbod.
