LocationHybrid: two days in the Rotherham office and three days working from home.
Operating Hours- October to March: 08:00‑18:00
- April to September: 08:00‑20:00
Shift details will be agreed during the recruitment process. Training and live shift times will be communicated via the recruitment environment.
Training- Three weeks of training: 09:00‑17:00
- Followed by a two‑week district centre (DC) period
- Training location: 100% in office
Shifts during the DC period will be communicated in the training environment and may differ from the live shift schedule.
DC LocationIn office until competency is achieved. Once competent, hybrid working will commence, with a minimum of two days in the office per week. The requirement for office presence is client dependent; candidates unable to travel to site weekly are currently not accepted.
Live Shifts- Agents may be asked to work any shift within the annual 08:00‑20:00 operating window.
- Shift times may change based on client or Capita requirements; reasonable notice will be provided.
- Ensure customer issues and concerns are answered efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience by providing a customer‑focused, right‑first‑time service.
- Manage any customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
- Accurately capture data and enter it into the relevant systems.
- Support the Team Leader by mentoring and helping team members improve customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics.
- Cooperate with colleagues to resolve escalated complaints in accordance with business, policy, and legal requirements.
