Position: Central Reservations Administrator- Temp

Reporting to the Civeo Client Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will be required to work remotely on a rotating schedule, currently consisting of 8-hour shifts varying between days, evenings & weekends.
Please note this is a temporary remote-home position.
Key Responsibilities
Process guest reservations for accommodations and travel with a high degree of accuracy and efficiencyQuickly and courteously respond to telephone and email requests on an individual and group basisUpdate coding changes, departure dates and follow ups for additional information with guests and clientsComplete client, guest and internal reporting on occupancies and contractual allotmentsCommunicate with and support various internal departments to ensure efficiency in meeting contractual requirements and guest expectationsCollaborate with the team, taking ownership for independent and group decisions made in the best interest of our client contracts and individual guest experiencesEnsure interdepartmental communication and cooperation is at a high standard to maintain the interest of the client and guest satisfactionAll other duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or Hospitality Services and/or have a minimum of 3 years of equivalent experience.Excellent customer service skills, including a minimum of 2 years in a customer service-oriented role, along with a professional demeanorIntermediate level of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel) with a strong attention to detail with data entryKnowledge of INNfinity Hospitality Systems is an assetAbility to problem solve independentlyStrong proven rapport in guest/customer service relationsStrong communicator oral/written of the English languageExcellent organizational, time management skills with the ability to multitaskAbility to work within a team environment and independently.
