About the Role
We are seeking to hire an Entry‑Level Customer Care Support Representative to join our team. This is a work‑from‑home position with straightforward daily duties, full training provided, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
- Provide basic product and service information
- Assist with order updates and account changes
- Record customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience is an asset, but not required
- 100% Remote position within Canada
