About the Role
In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries through live chat. This position is ideal for candidates with strong written communication skills who enjoy helping people and working in a flexible remote environment.
Responsibilities- Respond to customer enquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide clear, accurate, and friendly solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Identify issues and escalate complex queries when required
- Follow customer service standards and guidelines
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Previous customer support experience is helpful but not essential
- Fast and accurate typing
- Problem-solving ability
- Experience with live chat or remote customer support systems
