Customer Connect Service Advisor

About the role:Our Customer Connect Hub is the first port of call for all of our customer calls. Westfield Health are dedicated to making a healthy difference to the quality of life of our customers, and the Customer Service Advisor supports our mission by providing customers with a caring and proactive support service.
As part of a team of 18, you will have an 8-week training plan in our central Sheffield office. After this you will be able to work flexibly in a hybrid capacity with the potential to work a condensed working week.
Your responsibilities:- Provide first-class customer service in a predominantly telephony-based customer service role, with a goal of first call resolution.
- Supporting customers with online claims queries and helping them to register for our online services.
- Replying to customer queries via email
- Provide up to date information about our products and services.
- Retain customers through promoting the benefits of our products.
- Ensure an efficient customer journey with emphasis on consistency of quality.
- Experience of working in a target customer focussed environment.
- Sound experience of performing a computer-based task or role in a work environment
- An ability to build rapport quickly, and a desire to go above and beyond for our customers
- Ability to work towards our quality and performance metrics to ensure great customer experience.
- Strong, clear, and effective communication skills with a genuine interest in helping people.
- PC literate and capable of operating new systems with confidence and accuracy, competent in using Microsoft Office Suite
- A flexible and adaptable approach, someone who enjoys building relationships and working as a team.
- Starting salary of £24,480
