Requirements
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and French is essential.
  • Understanding of cultural nuances and gaming terminology, slang, and context.
  • High level of reading comprehension and ability to find solutions to player issues.
  • Strong time‑management skills to respond promptly and resolve inquiries.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive professional attitude to create pleasant customer experiences.
  • Ability to craft engaging, on‑brand responses to players and moderate community channels.
  • Monitoring all assigned community channels and applying the client’s moderation guidelines and actions as needed.
  • Coordinating activities and actions with team members and client representatives.
  • Understanding of escalation pathways for sensitive or critical content, in accordance with the client’s guidelines.
  • Able to task‑switch with ease and adapt as the role’s requirements evolve.
  • Fluency in English.
Community Platforms

Forum, Discord, Facebook, X (Twitter), R6M, You Tube, Instagram, Tik Tok. Strong experience on these platforms is an advantage.

You must be self‑motivated, possess outstanding problem‑solving skills, patience, and empathy. Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills are a must.
