Customer Service Assistant - Office based

At Barnardo's, our Customer Service Advisors play a vital role in supporting our mission by delivering excellent service to our online customers and retail colleagues. In this full‑time, office‑based role, you'll handle customer enquiries across eBay and our online shop, support store colleagues, and process customer returns with care, accuracy, and professionalism. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values empathy, problem‑solving, and clear communication, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to children, young people, and families.

While the role is primarily office based, rotational home working and weekend cover are an expected and important part of providing a consistent, high‑quality service.
