Sie verantworten die Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Kreditkartensperrungen und analysieren Betrugsfälle. Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse sind erforderlich. Zudem erwarten wir selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweisen sowie sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und Homeoffice-Möglichkeiten sind vorhanden.
