About The Role

Our client, a fast-growing online fitness platform, is seeking a Temporary Online Customer Service Assistant to join their team. You'll play a key role in engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and ensuring an outstanding user experience.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing timely and professional customer support via live chat on the company website and social media platforms.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, offering guidance, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Sharing information about fitness programs and promotional offers.
  • Ensuring all communication maintains a high standard of grammar and accuracy.
  • Going the extra mile to create a positive and supportive customer experience.
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in the health and fitness industry (this is essential).
  • Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
  • Confident in handling diverse customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Flexible availability between 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • A team player with a proactive and customer-first attitude.
