A leading provider of student accommodation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their international sales team. The role involves assisting agents and students, conducting sales conversations using various communication channels, and maintaining accurate customer data. The ideal candidate is fluent in Mandarin and possesses strong communication skills to support international customers. This hybrid position offers flexibility with mainly remote work and occasional travel within the UK.
