Position: (Remote) Customer Success Analyst

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Operate as the primary support liaison between the employer and clients, effectively responding to and resolving inquiries
  • Assess and review software configurations and code to identify resolutions or elevate issues according to support guidelines
  • Document processes, routines, and resolutions within the client tracking system
  • Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their inquiries and issues are satisfactorily resolved
  • Collaborate with team members to exchange knowledge and improve support practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proven work experience in a Software Support role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills with a strong ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to grasp concepts quickly
  • Preference given to candidates with utility experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in customer service within the utility sector
  • Familiarity with software troubleshooting and technical support processes
