Remote Customer Advisor for HBO Max (German Speaker) Turkey-based

We are looking for German‑speaking Customer Support Advisors to support users of HBO Max streaming platforms. You will assist customers with technical issues, account and content inquiries, and subscription‑related questions across multiple channels.

This is a remote position
, and all necessary equipment will be provided.

• Location: Remote (only residents in Turkey)

• Shifts: Rotating shift schedule (5 days per week)

  10:00–19:00, 13:00–22:00, 16:00–01:00
• Winter
  
  Shifts:
  
  11:00–20:00, 14:00–23:00, 17:00–02:00

• Provide customer support through phone, email, chat, and social media
• Assist customers with technical issues, account, and content inquiries
• Follow internal processes and escalates cases when needed
• Deliver service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism

• Fluent in German (C1) and English (B1)
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and multitasking skills
• Turkish  (must reside in Turkey)
