About the job Dutch-Speaking Customer Advisor (Remote From Türkiye)
We’re looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Advisor to support a leading global streaming platform. If you enjoy helping people and solving problems with ease, this fully remote role could be perfect for you.
Responsibilities- Assist customers via inbound calls & chat
- Support with login issues, payments, refunds, and subscription access
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically
- Work with guidance from experienced mentors
- Chat: ~18 minutes
- Calls: ~12 minutes
- (Max 2 chats at once; no simultaneous calls + chats.)
- 11:00 - 20:00 / 14:00 - 23:00 (Moves 1 hour earlier during daylight saving time)
- Monthly schedules shared in advance
- Time-off requests approved ~80% when requested early
- Fully online
- Nesting alternates between chat and calls
- Monthly Bonus: 5,000 TL
- Quality Bonus:
Up to 4,200 TL - Meal Card: 4,500 TL
- Private Health Insurance included
- Total Monthly Potential:
Up to 55,700 TL
