Overview
Trade Prices Direct, a nationwide window and door installation business, is seeking a Customer Service / Administrator to join its remote team. This full-time role offers £25,000–£30,000/year plus benefits, including pension and training opportunities.
The successful candidate will provide frontline customer support and administrative assistance, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
- Assist with order processing and liaise between departments for fulfillment
- Address customer complaints and escalate when necessary
- Collaborate with sales, surveyors, and installation teams to ensure seamless service
- Prepare reports and provide administrative support to management
- Manage scheduling and appointments
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach
