Remote Benefits Coordinator

We're currently expanding our remote team and looking for motivated, service-driven individuals. In this role, you'll connect directly with union members who have requested information, helping them understand their options and guiding them through a simple enrollment process.

• Connect with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls
• Schedule and conduct virtual appointments via Zoom
• Clearly explain benefit options and answer client questions
• Complete applications and ensure all documentation is accurate
• Maintain organized client records and deliver a high standard of service
• Take part in ongoing training and leadership development programs

• Strong communication and people skills
• Positive attitude with a professional approach
• Customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
• Comfortable working in a remote, digital environment
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
