What You Bring
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with a team
  • Sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
What You'll Be Doing
  • Making outbound calls to schedule virtual appointments
  • Meeting with clients over Zoom to review and present benefit options
  • Following a structured system to assess needs and recommend solutions
  • Completing applications and assisting with underwriting requirements
  • Tracking daily activity and performance metrics
  • Participating in optional training sessions for continued development

Full training is provided, so no prior experience is necessary.
