Customer Service Rep
What You’ll Do
Support Uber drivers and riders via inbound calls. Resolve issues using provided procedures and knowledge base articles, or escalate when necessary.
Handle inquiries such as:- Payment and account-related questions.
- Route or fare reviews.
- Feedback or complaints about drivers/riders.
- Lost & found cases (helping passengers and drivers reconnect).
Ensure smooth experiences for both drivers and riders.

Coverage:
Monday to Sunday, 11:00–21:00 (rotating days off).

Daily break: 75 minutes.
Weekly days off: 2 (variable).
TrainingDuration: 4 weeks (2 weeks training + 2 weeks nesting).
Schedule:
09:00–18:00

Requirements- German:
Native level - English: B2
- Located in Turkey, able to work remotely.
