We are seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. You can work on‑site in Athens or remotely from anywhere within Greece, combining professional growth with a Mediterranean lifestyle.

To join the team, you must be living in Greece (Athens or anywhere else in the country) so you can enjoy the culture, food, and amazing beaches while working.

• Provide support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and empathy
• Troubleshoot technical and service issues with full training provided
• Collaborate with an international team and grow your skills
• Keep accurate records to ensure excellent customer experience

• Italian (C2) and confident in English (B2+)
• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn
• Ready to live anywhere in Greece (remote work allowed only within Greece)
• Positive communicator and customer‑oriented
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
