Customer Support Representative; Italian language

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (Italian language) to help keep our clients happy and ensure smooth operations.

• Advise clients:
  Take calls and provide initial advice to B2B partners in Italian language.
• Communicate:
  Keep partners updated on ongoing cases and aid other operational teams with Italian communication.
• Work with systems:
  Utilize CRM systems and internal databases efficiently.

• English Proficiency:
  Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Italian Proficiency:
  Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Soft Skills:
  
  Kindness, empathy, stress resistance, politeness, responsibility.
• Quick Learner:
  Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
• Tech Requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
