Customer Support Representative; Italian language

• Advise clients:
  Take calls and provide initial advice to B2B partners in Italian language.
• Communicate:
  Keep partners informed about ongoing cases, provide regular updates on progress, and assist other operation teams with Italian language communication.
• Work with systems:
  Utilize CRM systems and our internal databases efficiently.

• English Proficiency:
  Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Italian Proficiency:
  Upper Intermediate level (both spoken and written).
• Soft Skills:
  
  Kindness, empathy, stress resistance, politeness, and responsibility.
• Quick learner:
  Ability to learn quickly and stay results-focused.
• Tech requirements: A functioning computer and microphone.
