Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation Singapore is hiring Call Center Agents for outbound customer service. The ideal candidate will perform inbound and outbound calls, advise members on their benefits, and handle termination requests. Minimum 'O' Level and proficiency in Mandarin are required, along with at least 6 months of relevant experience. This position offers a salary range of $1,350 to $1,750 monthly.
Work hours are Monday to Friday, with the ability to work from home after training completion.
