Position: Customer Advisor Evening and Weekend 40%

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to expertly handle, process and/or forward client calls and partner enquiries, in German, French, Italian and English, on various topics related to cards payment, in accordance with our work instructions.

This position is part of our evening and weekend team, with working hours primarily outside standard office times.

Key responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries from customers and business partners in German, French, Italian or English
  • Receive and process client complaints and issues related to credit, prepaid and debit cards
  • Ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of client concerns to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure all customer interactions and processes comply with internal quality standards and legal regulations
  • Proactively find solutions for client complaints and escalating complex cases to the appropriate department
  • Identify sales opportunities (selling and upselling) during interactions with the customers

Requirements
  • Commercial or tourism background
  • Experience in customer service
  • Good knowledge of Office package/ PC use
  • Good communication skills
  • Languages:

    Italian, German/Swiss German, French and English
  • Courtesy, empathy, customer orientation and ability to work in a team as the first point of contact with customers
  • Experience level:
    Mid
