As a vital part of the customer service team, you'll respond to inquiries regarding grill products and take care of warranty orders. Fulfilling communication goals and maintaining CRM records is crucial, along with providing basic technical assistance.
Your role will help gather insights into product quality while sharing key updates within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
• Enter warranty and replacement part requests in CRM
• Achieve performance metrics for communication and orders
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues without escalation
• Report on product information updates as needed
Requirements:
• High school diploma or relevant higher education preferred
• At least 2 years customer service experience necessary
• Fluency in both French and English required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Elevate customer interactions by providing timely support and product knowledge in grilling.
